Overview
At your request, a member of your care team can schedule a telehealth appointment and use spencer’s
video chat feature to discuss your medications or therapies.
Before starting a video chat, note the following:
• A higher signal strength ensures a higher quality call. To check your signal strength or add a
wireless network, refer to Connecting to the Internet on page 23.
• If a pack is in the dispenser when an appointment is scheduled to begin, the video chat will not
start. The video chat will only start when you remove the pack.
NOTE: The video chat will not be interrupted by dose alerts. To prevent missing a dose, do not schedule
appointments during dose alerts, or limit appointments to under two hours. Dispense alerts resume after
the appointment has ended.
