7.4.1.2 REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE ENGINE
a) Removal
• Disconnect battery.
• Remove re wall sheets.
• Remove V-supports of the steel frame below the engine.
• Loosen clutch on engine side and push it forward on the sliding joint.
NOTICE
Do not lose bushings of screw joints!

Disconnect electrical wiring, fuel hoses below the re wall, Bowden cables, the oil and
lubricant hoses attached to the engine and the air induction hoses.
•
Support the engine. Then loosen front (lower) engine mount at the attachment to the
frame, loosen upper (rear) engine mountings to the frame.
NOTICE
Mark distancing bushings LH/RH for re-installation!
• Lower the engine.
b) Installation
In the opposite order as removal.
