MAINTENANCE MANUAL STEMME S12
1. GENERAL
1.1 REMARKS ON MAINTENANCE
The legal owner or operator of the STEMME S12 is obliged to ensure that the maintenance of the
aircraft follows the instructions of this manual in accordance with applicable national laws and
regulations. Among others, these include:
• Scheduled maintenance,
• Adjustments,
• Replacement of uids and lubricants,
• Replacement of parts after expiration of their service life,
• Minor repairs.
Any maintenance work must be documented (aircraft logbook).
The manufacturer must be informed immediately in case of any change of ownership. The mes-
sage must be conrmed by the manufacturer, so that all information concerning airworthiness
(AD´s, SB´s) can be given to the legal owner.
For maintenance work the following documents are relevant:
1. This Maintenance Manual for the motorglider STEMME S12.

3. ROTAX - Maintenance Manual (Line Maintenance) for ROTAX Engine Types ROTAX 912

The amount and kind of maintenance work depend on the aircraft utilization, the climate, aireld
