ANNEX C: DOCUMENTS INSPECTION AND OPERATION REPORTS
This Annex comprises any original documents for the serial number indicated on the title page
which may be of importance to maintenance and repair. Those documents are listed in the table
below.
CAUTION
Upon any Repair or Inspection the S12 Aircraft Maintenance Manual must be submitted including
a complete Annex of documents, to allow inspection reporting and continuing of operative doc-
umentation in accordance with the rules.
New documents which must be added (e.g. new weight and balance record, revised equip-
ment list or inspection certicates for instruments newly installed) are to be led in this Annex.
Documents which are no longer relevant should be kept in a separate le (service records).
