The tires must be replaced at the latest, if the treads are worn thin. Pay attention to the slip marks
rim/tire. Apply Loctite (metal glue) to the attachment screws on the wheel axles.
NOTICE

7.5.1.5 ADJUSTMENT AND BLEEDING OF THE WHEEL BRAKE SYSTEM
HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM TOST BRAKE SYSTEM
Replenishing and bleeding the hydraulic Brake System (bleed with brake uid DOT 4)
• Install transparent exible hose and drain bottle at the three bleed ports of the parking
brake valve and at the left and right brake caliper.
• Open the bleed valve of the parking brake valve.
• Replenish brake uid by plastic injection nozzle to the brake uid reservoir in landing gear
bay (use sealed adapter) until the brake uid passing through the transparent exible hose
at the parking brake valve is free of bubbles. If required dismount RH brake lever and tilt
gently back and forth while holding brake lever upside down.
• Close bleed valve at the parking brake valve.
• Open bleed valve at the LH brake caliper.
• While continually adding brake uid to the brake uid reservoir by using the rell-adapter
(Stemme P/N: 00FO-B17) as required; pump the brake uid through the hydraulic brake
system by operation of the RH brake lever until the brake uid passing through the trans-
parent exible hose at the bleed valve of the LH brake caliper is free of bubbles. If required
dismount LH brake lever and tilt gently back and forth while holding brake lever upside down.
• Close bleed valve at the LH brake caliper.
• Open bleed valve at the RH brake caliper.
•
While continually adding brake uid to the brake uid reservoir as required, pump the
brake uid through the hydraulic brake system by operation of the RH brake lever until

brake caliper is free of bubbles.
• Close bleed valve at the RH brake caliper.
• Operate LH and RH brake lever to check.
=>Firm back pressure must be felt. while operating.
Otherwise repeat entire bleeding procedure!
• Reinstall brake levers (if applicable).
