• Check lash in rack and
pinion gear system.
• Check tension in pinion
drive chain.
• Bad slide motor.
• Replace slide motor assembly.

20. Table does not translate when
ordered.
• Problem with slide
mechanism.
• Check slide motor voltage.
• Check pinion gear drive chain (if motor
is functioning).
• Inspect for jamming of gear system
(motor not operating).
• Replace slide motor and/or slide control.
21. One articulation is not operating.
• Bad solenoid coil or valve.
• Swap coil electrical plug with one known
to be good.
• Replace bad coil or harness.
22. One floor lock is not operating.
• Internal leak in foot
cylinder or floor lock
manifold.
