8. Hydraulic pump does not operate
but table slide functions (if Floor
Locks are engaged).
• Hydraulic pump power
fuse F4 open.
• Replace hydraulic pump power fuse F4.
9. Batteries do not charge.
• Table functions on battery power.
• Table functions on facility power.
• Main Power Switch (if equipped
with backlight) glows green when
power cord is plugged into
appropriate facility power and
switch is ON.
• Battery charge power
switch (Main Power
Switch) open.
• Line fuses F6/F7 open.
• Close Main Power Switch.
• Replace line fuses F6/F7.
10. Hydraulic fluid reservoir shows a
loss of fluid but no external leaks
found.
• Height cylinder leaking
into column tube.
• Inspect inside of column tube for
hydraulic fluid. If loose banjo fitting is
found, replace banjo fittings and sealing
washers.
• Still leaking, replace column cylinder,
bajo fittings and sealing washers.
11. Hand Control Display goes blank
during Master Control program
download process.
• Faulty download cable/
connection.
• Faulty table control board.
• Verify downloading cabling is correct.
• Replace table control board.
