10.2.1 Maintenance Notices
Risk of inverter damage or personal injury due to incorrect service!
• Always keep in mind that the inverter is powered by dual sources: PV strings
and utility grid.
Before any service work, observe the following procedure.
• Disconnect the AC circuit breaker and then set the DC switch of the inverter to
OFF;
• The DC switch can be secured with a lock in the OFF position or a certain angle
beyond the OFF position.
• Wait at least 10 minutes for inner capacitors to discharge completely;
• Verify that there is no voltage or current before pulling any connector.
Keep non-related persons away!
A temporary warning sign or barrier must be posted to keep non-related persons
away while performing electrical connection and service work.
• Restart the inverter only after removing the fault that impairs safety
performance.
• As the inverter contains no component parts that can be maintained, never arbi-
trarily replace any internal components.
• For any maintenance need, please contact SUNGROW. Otherwise, SUNGROW
shall not be held liable for any damage caused.
Servicing of the device in accordance with the manual should never be undertak-
en in the absence of proper tools, test equipments or the latest revision of the
manual which has been clearly and thoroughly understood.
