ENGINE DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the oil pipe by removing the mounting bolts.
• Remove the cam drive chain tensioner by removing the
bolts.
• Remove the two spark plugs.
•
Remove the generator cover by removing the bolts.
NOTE:
When removing the cylinder head cover, the piston must
be at top dead center on the compression stroke.
Align
"TOP" line CD on the generator rotor with index mark
@ on the crankcase.
