BUSHING
• Inspect the bushing for wear or damage. If any dameges found,
replace the bushing with a new one.
REASSEMBLY AND REMOUNTING
• Reasembl and remount the rear suspension in the reverse or-
der of removal and disassembly. Pay attention to the following
points:
• Tighten the rear shock absorber upper bolt to the specified
torque.
! Rear shock absorber upper bolt: 29 N

• Tighten the swingarm pivot nut to the specified torque.
! Swing arm pivot nut: 102 N

m (10.2 kgf

m, 74 lb-ft)
• Tighten the rear shock absorber lower nut to the specified
torque.
! Rear shock absorber lower nut: 29 N
