ENGINE DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the rear brake cable guide 1.
• Remove the cylinder head and cylinder.
• Place a clean rag over the cylinder base to prevent the piston
pin circlip from dropping into the crankcase.
• Remove the piston pin circlip 2.
• Remove the piston pin and piston.
• Remove the circlip 3.
• Remove the engine sprocket.
• Remove the recoil starter cup 4.
