Suzuki VL800 - Pair (Air Supply) System Hose Routing

18-72 VL800/C/TK9 (’09-MODEL)
PAIR (AIR SUPPLY) SYSTEM HOSE ROUTING

Fit hose ends onto hose joint all the way until
stopper flange is securely contacted. Align
hose clamp end with matching mark.

Tighten bolts with PAIR pipe slightly tensioned
clockwise.
*2 Hose should not contact throttle valve pulley. *5 Hose clamp end should face downward.

The sealant side of the gasket should face the
PAIR pipe.

Clamp the lead wire and hoses so as not to
contact to the engine fins.
