2. MAINTENANCE INFORMATION

Drive Belt
Loosen the 2 clamp strips of left crankcase cover,
and then remove the left crankcase cover vapor
hose.
Remove 9 bolts of the engine left side cover and
the cover.
Check if the belt is crack or worn out.
Replace the belt if necessary or in accord with the
periodical maintenance schedule to replace it.
Width limit: 22.5 mm or above
Shaft Propulsion System
Check the drive shaft
Park the ATV on a level ground and remove brake
pedal and change rod gear shaft.
Loosen the rear drive shaft boot screw.
Remove 6 bolts them remove mission gear box.
Take out drive shaft and shaft universal joint.
Caution
Don’t lose the drive shaft spring.
Assemble drive shaft and shaft universal joint
ago with grease coating.
