3.9.2 CPU BOARD
The LIVE display are comprised of a single integrated CPU Board that contains two processors:
• MIDDLEBOARD: the middleboard controls equipment operation;
• MAIN PROCESSOR: the main processor acts as a supervisor, it controls the multimedia-
part and the user interface.
The main functions of the CPU Board are the management of the following components:
• RS-485 serial line to the brake board;
• LCD display;
• Signals relative to the heart rate measurement;
• Joysticks;
• Headphone jack;
• Bluetooth module;
• USB port;
• WiFi connection;
• LAN network connection;
• NFC - Bluetooth Board.
3.9.3 HDMI
HDMI IN1 (ONLY HDCP 2.2) used only if necessary, after installing certain upgrade kits.
3.9.4 WI-FI MODULE
Integrated WiFi module. For details, see the Pre-Installation Requirements document, available on
Technogym Direct.
3.9.5 BLUETOOTH MODULE OF THE MAINBOARD
The Bluetooth Module v. 4.2 of the mainboard is used to manage the Bluetooth wireless head-
phones; the NFC/Bluetooth/ANT+ Board manages the heart rate monitors.
