If the CPU receives a closed circuit signal from the microswitches, it sends to the Low Kit on the
STOP signal equal to 6 Vdc. In this case the belt motor can rotate.
Otherwise, if the CPU receives the open circuit signal from the microswitches, the signal that the
CPU sends to the Low Kit on the STOP signal is 0 volts. In this case the belt motor cannot spin, or
if it is spinning it stops with a controlled speed decrease
