4. Power on the osc
illoscope. The instrument
automatically recognizes the replacement
firmware and installs it.
If the instrum
ent does not install the
firmware, rerun the procedure. If the
problem continues, try a different model of
USB flash driv
e. Finally, if needed, contact
qualified service personnel.
NOTE. Do not power off the oscilloscope or
remove the US
B flash drive until the oscilloscope
finishes installing the fi rmware.
5. Power off the oscilloscope and remove the
USB flash drive.
