Troubleshooting an RS-232 B us
In this example, you are looking at analog characteristics of a digital signal in a digital circuit. You are doing this to analyze
the signal integrity of a signal. F or example, you might be testing RS-232 bus signals.
Basic Strategy
First, you w
ill display and acquire the digital signal. Then, you will look at both the analog and digital representations of the
signal. Finally, you will search through each R S-232 byte with the search/mark functions.
