This sub-node allows the user to congure static routes.
7.2.8.3.1 “cong” command
Name cong
Description Creates a static route

--gw-address Gateway IP address
--interface Interface
[OPTIONAL]
--ip-version IP Version <IPv4|IPv6> (IPv4 by default)
