9. Area of application/set-up conditions
The THERA-Trainer bemo is limited for use in an environment such as professional health care facilities:
Hospitals (patient rooms, intensive care)
Physiotherapy practices
Outside the RF shielded room of a magnetic resonance imaging medical system
For safe and effective use, note the following conditions.
Ambient conditions during use:
1. Temperature: 5 °C 40 °C
2. Humidity: 15% 93% Rh
3. Air pressure: 700 hPa 1,060 hPa
Do not use the THERA-Trainer in wet, humid or hot environments.
Only use the THERA-Trainer on level, firm, and slip-proof floors.
Do not use the THERA-Trainer outside or in outdoor facilities.
10. THERA-Trainer bemo system
10.1. Unpacking
Unpack the THERA-Trainer:
Remove the THERA-Trainer from packaging.
Check the THERA-Trainer including all accessories/options for transport damage.
Check if delivery is complete.
Inform supplier or forwarding agent immediately of any damage.
10.2. Installation
10.2.1. Foot rests
CAUTION!
Risk of injury due to incorrectly installed foot rests!
Make sure that open sides of installed foot rests point away from patient.
Slide the foot rest up to the stop in the securing system.
Make sure that control knob latches.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury with one-sided training!
Make sure that the unused foot rest is not plugged in during one-sided training.
