3. Purpose
The THERA-Trainer bemo is a cyclic movement exerciser designed to mobilise the upper and lower extremities
of patients whose mobility is restricted after accidents, operations or by general illnesses affecting the
musculoskeletal system. The THERA-Trainer bemo is also used for mobilisation during dialysis.
The THERA-Trainer bemo is suitable for use in closed rooms in facilities (e.g. clinics, homes, therapy practices,
dialysis, etc.) for:
‒ exercising legs in a recumbent or semi-recumbent position on a bed/couch.
‒ exercising the upper body in a recumbent, semi-recumbent or sitting position on a bed/couch, chair or
wheelchair.
4. Biocompatibility
All components and options of the THERA-Trainer the patient will touch continuously when using the unit
as intended are designed to meet the biocompatibility requirements of the applicable standards.
For any questions, contact a trained supplier.
