Appendix I (error code)
Cabling faulty or defective.
Contact trained supplier.
Disconnect power plug and reconnect it after approx. 5 seconds. Operating system boots up.
If error message occurs repeatedly:
Contact trained supplier.
Control and display unit bemo 2.7" wireless defective.
Contact trained supplier.
Replace control and display unit bemo 2.7" wireless.
Configuration data incorrect.
Contact trained supplier.
Reset configuration data.
If error message occurs repeatedly:
Replace main controller board.
Contact trained supplier.
Replace motor and electronics box.

E544 / E545
Temperature monitoring responds.
Turn off the THERA-Trainer.
Allow the THERA-Trainer to cool down for 20 minutes.
Make sure that the installation conditions specified in chapter 9 are followed.
If error message occurs repeatedly:
Contact trained supplier.
Automatic detection of various accessory options faulty.
Make sure that a foot rest or upper body training adapter is plugged in on the left and right.
If error message occurs repeatedly:
Contact trained supplier.
Number of revolutions or performance upper limits exceeded.
Reduce exercising resistance or number of rotations.
‒ Error E553 remains displayed until the THERA-Trainer is within the number
of revolutions or performance upper limits.
Number of revolutions or performance upper limits continuously exceeded. The THERA-Trainer
ends the training session. (consequential error to error E553)
Turn off the THERA-Trainer.
Allow the THERA-Trainer to cool down for 20 minutes.
Make sure that the installation conditions specified in chapter 9 are followed.
If error message occurs repeatedly:
Contact trained supplier.
Defective patient emergency stop/dummy plug for patient emergency stop.
Check whether patient emergency stop/dummy plug for patient emergency stop is
inserted correctly.
If error message occurs repeatedly:
Contact trained supplier.
