Determination of the transmission ratio incorrect.
Make sure that a foot rest or upper body training adapter is plugged in on the left and right.
Run transmission ratio service function (request corresponding information from the
manufacturer).
If error message occurs repeatedly:
Contact trained supplier.
E559 / E599
Contact trained supplier.
Replace motor.
E579 / E650
Contact trained supplier.
E591 / E675
Contact trained supplier.
Replace electronics box.

Height difference between lifting columns too great.
Make sure that there is no blockage on the left and right lifting columns.
Run Teach In service function to synchronise the lifting columns (request corresponding
information from the manufacturer).
If error message occurs repeatedly:
Contact trained supplier.

Emergency stop triggered during service function synchronisation of the lifting columns.
Clear root cause.
Release emergency stop.

Unintended lifting column movement detected.
Disconnect power plug and reconnect it after approx. 5 seconds. Operating system boots up.
If error message occurs repeatedly:
Contact trained supplier.

Right lifting column is blocked.
Release the blockage on the right lifting column.
Disconnect power plug and reconnect it after approx. 5 seconds. Operating system boots up.
If error message occurs repeatedly:

Wait until the height of the lifting columns can be adjusted.
If error message occurs repeatedly:
Contact trained supplier.

Lifting columns blocked or permissible force exceeded during lowering.
Move lifting columns upwards.
Release the blockage on the lifting columns.
Raise feet to relieve strain or remove from foot rests.
