SWITCH INSPECTION
Disconnect the 2P connector [1] from the EOP
switch (High pressure side) [2].
Check for continuity between the EOP switch (High
pressure side) terminals.
• If there is continuity, the EOP switch is OK.
• If there is no continuity, replace the EOP switch
(high pressure side).
EOP SWITCH (LOW PRESSURE SIDE)
INSPECTION
SWITCH WIRE HARNESS INSPECTION
Remove the cylinder head (page 14-22).
Disconnect the switch wire 6P connector [1] from
the main wire harness.
Check for continuity between the Pink wire terminal of
the switch wire 6P connector and the engine ground.
• If there is continuity, the switch wire harness is OK.
• If there is no continuity, repair an open in the wire. If
the wire is OK. Check the EOP (low pressure side)
switch.
