PISTON SKIRT O.D.
Measure and record the piston O.D. at a point 11.5 mm
(0.45 in) from the bottom, and 90° to the piston pin bore.
CYLINDER SLEEVE I.D.
Measure and record the cylinder I.D. at three levels in
both X and Y axis. Take the maximum reading to
determine the cylinder wear.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN UPPER AND
LOWER PARTS OF SLEEVE I.D.
Measure and record the cylinder I.D. at three levels in
both X and Y axis. Take the difference between upper
and lower parts of sleeve I.D.
