THROTTLE ARM ADJUSTMENT
If the throttle arm does not fully open
Slide the lock plate [1] backward and remove the
throttle control cable [2] from the throttle arm [3].
Move the remote control lever to the full throttle
position.
Move the throttle arm [1] to the full throttle position and
hold it there.
Twist the shift pivot [2] so it can be installed over the
throttle arm easily.
Lock the lock plate [3] by sliding it to the groove of the
shift link.
