machineforapproximately10minutes.
9.VerifythepumpowatNoLoadasfollows:
A.Unrestrictedpumpoutputshouldbeapproximately19LPM(5GPM).
B.Recordthetesterpressureandowreadingsatnoload.
10.VerifythepumpowUnderLoadasfollows:
CAUTION
Donotclosetestervalvefullywhenperformingthistest.Inthis
test,thehydraulictesterispositionedbeforethecircuitreliefvalve.
Pumpdamagecanoccuriftheuidowiscompletelyrestrictedby
fullyclosingthetesterowcontrolvalve.
A.Monitorthetesterpressuregaugecarefullywhileslowlyclosingtheow
controlvalveuntil5,516kPa(800psi)isobtainedonthetesterpressure
gauge.
B.Recordthetesterpressureandowreadingsunderload.
C.Openthetesterowcontrolvalvefully.
11.Verifythecircuitreliefvalveoperationasfollows:
CAUTION
Whenperformingthetest,donotallowthetesterpressureto
exceed8300kPa(1400PSI).

Holdtheliftleverinthefullyraisedpositionorholdthesteering
wheelatthefullylockedpositiononlylongenoughtoobtaina
systempressurereading.

onthetesterandmovetheliftlevertotheRAISEposition.Momentarily
holdtheleverwiththehitchfullyraisedcausingthecircuitreliefvalveto
open.Recordthepressureatwhichthereliefvalveopens.
B.Onmodel08745machines,openthecircuitreliefvalveviathesteering
system.Watchthepressuregaugeonthetesterandturnthesteering
wheelcompletelyinonedirection.Thecircuitreliefvalveshouldopenjust
afterthefrontwheelgetstothefulllockposition.Recordthepressureat
