IMPORTANT
Whileengagingthetractioncircuit,monitortheindicatoronthehigh
owhydrauliclter.Iftheindicatorshouldshowred,eitherreduce
pressureonthetractionpedalorreduceenginespeedtodecrease
hydraulicowthroughthelter.
7.Withenginerunningatlowidlespeed,slowlymovethetractionpedaltothe
forwarddirectiontoallowowthroughthetractioncircuitandhighowlter.
Keeptractioncircuitengagedinforwardforve(5)minuteswhilegradually
increasingbothforwardpressureontractionpedalandenginespeeduntil
engineisrunningat2000RPM.Monitorlterindicatortomakesurethat
greencolorisshowingduringoperation.
IMPORTANT
IfusingalterthatisnottheTorohighowlterthatisbi−directional,
donotpressthetractionpedalinthereversedirection.Ifowis
reversedwhenusingalterthatisnotbi−directional,debrisfrom
thelterwillre−enterthetractioncircuit.
8.Withenginerunningat2000RPM,alternatelymovetractionpedalfrom
forwardtoreverse.Whilemonitoringlterindicator,continuethisprocessfor
anadditionalve(5)minutes.
9.Shutengineoffandremovekeyfromkeyswitch.
10.Removehighowhydrauliclterandhydraulichosekitfrommachine.
Connecthydraulichosetohydraulictube.Makesuretoproperlytightenhose
(seeInstallingHydraulicHosesandTubes(O-RingFaceSeal)(page5–7)).
11.Lowermachinetoground.
12.Checkoillevelinhydraulicreservoirandaddcorrectoilifnecessary.
