Thewindshieldwiper/washerswitchisusedtocontroloperationofthewindshield
wiperandwasherpump.Thewindshieldwiper/washerswitchreceivespower
fromfuse2F−1(15Amp).
Forwindshieldwiperserviceinformation,seeWindshieldWiperAssembly(page
9–29).Thewasherpumpisintegratedintothewasheruidreservoirandisnot
serviceableseparately.
Testing
1.MakesurekeyswitchisOFF .Removekeyfromkeyswitch.
2.Toaccesstheswitch,removeroofpanelfromtopofcab(seeRoofAssembly
(page9–9)).
3.Removetheleftorrightdefrostventhosefromtheheat/ACmixingboxto
accesstheangenutssecuringtheswitchpanelandremovetheswitch
panelfromcabheadliner.
4.Disconnectmachinewireharnessconnectorfromtheswitchbeingtested.
