1.Removeoilfromliftcylinderbyslowlypumpingthecylindershaft.After
removingoilfromcylinder,plugbothportsandcleantheoutsideofthe
cylinder.
IMPORTANT
Preventdamagewhenclampingthecylinder’sbarrelintoavise;
clamponthebarrelclevisonly.Donotcloseviseonbarrel.
2.Mountliftcylinderinaviseequippedwithsoftjawsbyclampingonthe
barrelclevis.
3.Useaspannerwrenchtoloosenandremovecollarfrombarrel.
4.Extractshaftwithhead,cushionandpistonbycarefullytwistingandpulling
ontheshaft.
