Testing
ThekeyswitchanditscircuitwiringcanbetestedasaTECinputusingthe
InfoCenterDisplay(seeInfoCenterDisplay(page6–9)).Iftestingdetermines
thattheswitchandcircuitwiringarenotfunctioningcorrectly,proceedwiththe
followingtestprocedure:
1.Parkmachineonalevelsurface,lowercuttingdecksandstopengine.
Removekeyfromkeyswitch.
2.Turnbattery−disconnectswitchtotheOFFposition.
3.Disassembleconsolearmtogainaccesstokeyswitch(seeConsoleArm
(page7–35)).
4.Disconnectwireharnessconnectorfromthekeyswitch.
