1.Ifttingswereremovedfrommanifold,lubricateandplacenewO−ringsonto
ttings.Installttingsintomanifoldopeningsusingmarksmadeduringthe
removalprocesstoproperlyorientatettings.Tightenhydraulicttingsto
torquevalueprovided(Figure102).Forinformationontighteningprocedures
forhydraulicttings,seeInstallingtheHydraulicFittings(SAEStraight
ThreadO-RingFittings)(page5–9).
2.Positionbrakereleasemanifoldintheframeandsecurewithtwo(2)cap
screws,atwashersandangenuts.
3.Removecapsandplugsfromttingsandtubes.Usinglabelsplaced
duringremoval,properlyconnecthydraulictubestomanifold(seeInstalling
HydraulicHosesandTubes(O-RingFaceSeal)(page5–7)).
4.Makesurehydraulictankisfull.Addcorrectoilifnecessary(seeOperator’s
Manual).
5.Checkhydraulicsystemforleaks,andcheckbrakeoperationbeforereturning
themachinetoservice.
