makesuretoremovetheoriceandlabelitspositionforassembly
purposes.Thefrontcuttingdeckcontrolmanifoldhasanadditional
zeroleakpluginsteadofanoriceintheOR1port.Whenservicing
thedeckcontrolmanifolds,DONOTinterchangepartsfromone
controlmanifoldtoanother.
Note:Thecuttingdeckcontrolmanifoldsincludeseveralzero−leakplugs.These
plugshaveataperedsealingsurfaceontheplugheadthatisdesignedtoresist
vibrationinducedplugloosening.Thezero−leakplugsalsohaveanO−ringasa
secondaryseal.Ifzero−leakplugremovalisnecessary,lightlyraptheplughead
usingapunchandhammerbeforeusinganallenwrenchtoremovetheplug:the
impactwillallowplugremovalwithlesschanceofdamagetothesocketheadof
theplug.Tightenplugstotorquevalueprovided(Figure114).
