TouchLog measures temperatures and status (ON/OFF) conditions and
automatically stores these in the form of individual files. TouchLog can then
provide a record of any specific period, including the full current day’s
measurements or any previous day retained in memory as either a paper
ticket printout or in a format that can be transferred to an industry standard
PC. The user can choose to print information in either Delivery Ticket
(current temperatures) or Journey Ticket (recorded temperature and status
conditions) layout.
In the unlikely event that the TouchLog data memory is full, new recordings
automatically replace the oldest recordings as per the FIFO principle. The
number of recordings that can be retained at any one time depends on the
recording interval and the number of temperature channels in use. The
current memory (See “Micro Controller,” p. 18) allows at least the archiving
of 1 year of history for up to 6 temperature probes with a logging interval of
15 minutes, as required by the EN12830 directive.

Touch Screen
The Touch Screen interface is made of 2 elements:
1. An LCD display 64x128 dots with backlight. The backlight of the display
(when OFF) is turned ON by operating any key, and will then stay on for a
configurable period of time.
