The default values for the parameters of the alarms menu – (See “Alarm
Menu,” p. 35)– are as follows:
1. Alarm temperature range:
I1 -40°C to +100°C
I2 -40°C to +100°C
I6 -40°C to +100°C
2. Alarm buzzer time active: 15 minutes
3. Digital output active for alarm: 15 minutes
4. Digital Output polarity: +
5. Alarm reset mode: Auto
6. Delay of buzzer and digital output activation for temperature and door
alarms: 5 minutes
Probe Installation
The product is delivered with 2 temperature probes, one 18m long and
another 12m long. They need to be connected sharing a common ground.
These 2 probes will be automatically detected at the first power up of the
TouchLog after a few seconds.
In case of incorrect readings, an error message is present: i.e I1 error or I2
error. That indicates an electrical connection fault or a wrong input
configuration. Accordingly, verify the correspondence between the
configuration (See “Input Setting,” p. 33) and input actual usage, or check
the electrical connection.
