Error Message – No Data
Displayed when the user try (trip ticket) to print data for a certain
period of time, and for that period of time there are no data in the
database.
EExxaammpplleess::
• Print the last 2h, but the data logging is not active, and it was
not active in the last 2 hours
• Print the (single day) ticket for yesterday, and there are no data
associated to yesterday in the database
Sleep Mode
• After 15 minutes, the TouchLog goes to sleep mode (no info in screen) to
reduce energy use. If while on sleep mode we connect to Wintrac, we will
get this message:
• Touch the screen so that the TouchLog goes to normal mode and then
establish communication between Wintrac and TouchLog.
Telematics Communication
If it is reported that there is data loss by third party communications, please
update to firmware 515.026 or a later revision.
