Listed below are the descriptions of components on the front panel of the compressor.
①ELAPSED TIME METER
It displays the elapsed time of operation (when it is in operation). The displayed value
can not be changed.
② HIGH PRESSURE HELIUM GAS PRESSURE GAUGE （ HELIUM PRESSURE
GAUGE）
The high pressure helium gas pressure gauge, hereafter “the helium pressure gauge”
indicates the static helium filling pressure when the compressor is not in operation,
and the supply line helium pressure when the compressor is in operation.
Refer to “Section 5.1 Verification of helium static pressure” to verify the helium
pressure when the compressor is not in operation.
③COM: MONITORING PORT
This is a port for inspection of our engineer exclusive use. Please note that you cannot
access this port.
