specifications and component descriptions.
All personnel involved in facility planning, installation, operation,
maintenance and troubleshooting must read this section.
Section 2 Considerations before installation
This section provides some points to be considered when planning an
installation of the cryocooler system.
Personnel with responsibility for installation and operation of the system,
including this equipment, must read this section to ensure proper installation
and operation.
Section 3 Unpacking and inspection
This section describes unpacking, following inspection and handling of the
compressor.
Personnel with responsibilities for those works above must read this section
before beginning work.
Section 4 Equipment installation, piping, and wiring
This section describes cooling water piping, helium line installation, and
electrical wiring as well as their routings and positions for a cryocooler
system.
Authorized mechanical and electrical personnel involved in the installation
work must read this section before installation.
Section 5 Operation
This section provides the information to start and maintain operation.
Authorized mechanical and electrical personnel involved in the operating
work as well as operators must read this section.
Section 6 Wiring and piping removal and storage
This section provides the information about disconnecting wires and pipes,
displacement of the compressor and how to keep and maintain them in
storage.
Authorized mechanical and electrical personnel involved in those works must
read this section before beginning actual work.
Section 7 Maintenance
This section provides the information on regular maintenance, how to
replace component parts and adjust the helium gas pressure. Also provides
the list of component parts which require maintenance.
Authorized servicing personnel for cryocooler systems and/or trained
operator of this system must read this section before beginning work.
