Telephone type
The identification details (exact product designation and serial number) of the tele-
phone can be found on the nameplate on the underside of the base unit. Specific
details concerning your communication platform can be obtained from your
administrator.
Have this information ready when you contact our service department regarding
faults or problems with the product.
Speakerphone quality and display legibility

To ensure good speakerphone quality, the area in front of the microphone
(bottom right of the telephone front panel) should be kept clear. The
optimum distance is approx. 50cm.

Proceed as follows to optimize display legibility:

Turn the phone to tilt the display to ensure you have a frontal view of
the display and avoid light reflections.
