OFF-HOOK DIALLING
Lift the handset.

Internal calls: Enter the phone number.

External calls: Enter the external code and the phone number.
ON-HOOK DIALLING

External calls: Enter the external code and the phone number.

Internal calls: Enter the phone number.
Your system may also be programmed so that you have to press a configured
"internal" key before you dial the internal phone number. You then do not have
to enter an external code to call the external party.
The party you are calling answers via loudspeaker.
The other party answers with speaker
On-hook dialling activates the speakerphone mode.

Optionally, lift the handset.
The called party does not answer or is busy
