You can assign external calls to certain projects.
Prerequisite: The administrator has defined the account codes.

Enter the account code.
Press this key, if required.

Enter the external phone number.
You can also enter the account code in the same way during an external call.
Appointment reminder function
You can configure your phone to call you to remind you about appointments. You
must save the required call times to do this.
You can enter a single appointment that will take place in the next 24 hours or you
can enter a daily recurring appointment.
