Saving, displaying and deleting telephones for the ringing group
Open the menu.
*81 = Ringing group on?
Select and confirm the option shown.
Follow the display prompts and enter the internal phone number.
If your phone belongs to a ringing group, your display will show the phone num-
ber or the name of the initiator on the upper line and that of the caller on the
lower line.

Uniform Call Distribution (UCD)
If configured, you may belong to a group of users (agents), to which calls are dis-
tributed.
An incoming call is always assigned to the agent idle the longest.
