Remove the external circlip.

Detach the idle gear collar

NOTE FOR REASEMBLlNG: Check to see each gear is aligned with its aligning mark: ,

Idle gear and crank gear
2. Idle gear and camshaft gear
3. Idle gear and injection pump gear
Tighten the idle gear shaft mounting bolt
(7T)
to

REMOVING CAMSHAFT STOPPER
1.
Align the round hole
on
the cam gear with the camshaft stopper mounting bolt position.
2.
Remove the camshaft stopper mounting bolt.
3.
Detach the camshaft stopper.
