Go to ‘Tools / Create Diagnostic File’ in ‘Control View’ resp. ‘Control Performance Analyzer’ and save file
Pressure / flow / gas conditions to be controlled
Chamber volume
Pumping speed (l/s) and pump type (e.g. turbo pump)
