6.1.1 Replacement of plate o-ring
Description
Required tool
Preparation
1. Vent vacuum system on both sides of the valve.
2. Move the plate to position 50% open.
3. Disconnect electrical POWER connector at valve and remove valve from
vacuum system.
Pay attention: – Electrical power is needed for plate adjustment in step 19.
– Take care to the sealing surface!
Remove the plate
4. Unfasten and remove the 2 fastening
screws
Allen Wrench

5. Push the plate a little down
6. Remove the plate on the other side of shaft
Replace o-rings at plate
7. Remove the plate o-ring
8. Replace the plate if necessary
