6.2 Rolling road test stand
Measuring roller

The measuring rollers of the rolling road are vehicle-
driven.
On a brake test stand, the measuring rollers are motor-
driven.
The measuring procedure is identical in both of these
procedures. Operating steps which deviate are dealt with
separately.
The CTC II reads the tachograph type and identifies it based
on the data it receives.
Below is a short description of the determination of rolling
road values.
Danger when using rolling roads!
Measurement takes place on a rolling road. Always adhere to
the safety guidelines in Chapter 1.5.
Caution
The CTC II is set to Function > Stationary.
The CTC II has been started up; see Chapter 2.6 "CTC II
power supply" on Page 20.
The CTC II is connected to the tachograph.
