Installing Bay-to-Bay Busbars (582127000 List 1 with List 7 / List 8) (for system mounted
in an enclosure)
Procedure
1. When 582127000 List 8 and/or List 7 is ordered, bay-to-bay busbars and hardware are provided for
system power connections between distribution cabinets. Interconnect per Figure 70.

1. Remove rear panels from enclosure.
2. Attach Return Angle Brackets.
3. Attach -48V Angle Brackets.

Torque to 180 in-lbs.
3/8-16 x 1-3/4” Bolt,
3/8” Belleville Lockwasher,

Torque to 180 in-lbs.
-48V Angle Brackets
Secure in 2 places
with (in order listed)

3/8” Flat Washer.
Torque to 180 in-lbs.
