1. Remove top Rear Access Cover
from distribution cabinet
(note that the complete
rear cover is removed in the
illustration for clarity only).
2. Attach Return Angle Bracket.
3. Attach -48V Angle Bracket.
4. Secure rear cover shield
to distribution cabinet
after wiring.
Return Angle Bracket
Secure 2 places
with (in order listed)
3/8-16 x 1-1/4” Bolt,
3/8” Belleville Lockwasher,
and 3/8” Flat Washer.
Torque to 180 in-lbs.
-48V Angle Bracket
Secure in 2 places
with existing hardware
(in order listed)
1/2-13 x 1-1/4” Bolt,
1/2” Belleville Lockwasher,
1/2” Flat Washer.
Torque to 200 in-lbs.

Plastic Shield
Apply electrical anti-oxidizing
compound to busbar mating surfaces.
Hardware attached
from other side.
