Requirement: The ABPR “health” check cannot be performed when a splitter is connected in the
solvent path. Temporarily isolate the flow cell's PDA-detector outlet from the inlet tee of the
ccManager.
5.1.3 Isocratic solvent manager splitter
You can adjust the amount of analytical flow diluted and diverted to the QDa detector. To do so, fit
the isocratic solvent manager (ISM) with a dual-detection or triple-detection flow-splitter kit.
