Removing/Installing
Jurisdictional SPI
and BIOS
Complete the following steps to remove and install the Jurisdictional SPI (JUR SPI) and BIOS.
Remove the JUR SPI Assembly or BIOS Firmware Assembly
Complete the following steps to remove the JUR SPI Firmware Assembly, Figure 3-20 (A), or BIOS
Assembly, Figure 3-20 (B).

1 Carefully grasp the assembly handle, Figure 3-21 (A), and lift it up and away from the board,
Figure 3-21 (B).
NOTE: Figure 3-21 (C) shows orientation of the EPROMS.
