Symptoms Solutions
Game does not operate after setting
Power Switch to ON.
Confirm the following:
all cables are properly connected.
with the CPU-NXT 3.2 door open, the four power LEDs are lit (3.3V, 5V, 12V,
and POWER GOOD).
if power indicator LEDs are not lit, set the game Power Switch to OFF and
verify that CPU-NXT 3.2 is properly seated.
operating system and game CompactFlash Cards are installed and fully
seated.
BIOS is installed and fully seated.
Displays appearing on game
monitors are reversed.
Ensure that video cables are plugged into the correct ports.
Enclosure Fan does not spin. Confirm the following:
power cable on Enclosure Fan is properly connected; see step 2 of Install
New CPU-NXT 3.2 Enclosure Fan on page 3-8.
if Fan requires replacement, see Replacing CPU-NXT 3.2 Enclosure Fan on
page 3-8.
CPU Lid torsion spring is properly secured, or, if the shipping lock is replaced
with a key lock, removed.
CPU-NXT 3.2 is overheated. Confirm the following:
power cable on Enclosure Fan is properly connected and that fan is spinning
properly; see step 2 of Install New CPU-NXT 3.2 Enclosure Fan on
page 3-8.
if Fan requires replacement, see Replacing CPU-NXT 3.2 Enclosure Fan on
page 3-8.
Game isn’t booting up but all LEDs
(3.3V, 5V, 12V, and POWER GOOD)
remain lit for entire duration the
game Power Switch is set to ON.
Confirm the following:
BIOS is properly installed; see Install the JUR SPI Assembly or BIOS
Firmware Assembly on page 3-11.
BIOS is not damaged where connected to the socket.
RAM module is present, properly installed, and free of debris.
RAM is working properly by swapping it with a known good RAM module.
